- Engage the brakes and ensure the wheelchair is stationary.
- Unfold the frame by releasing the locking mechanisms.
- Adjust the seat height and footrests to a comfortable position.
- Swing away the armrests or detach them if needed for transfer.
- Position yourself on the seat and grip the handrims.
- Release the brakes and propel yourself forward by pushing the handrims.
- To turn, shift your weight onto your desired direction and push or pull the opposite handrim.
- When stopping, engage the brakes firmly and apply pressure to the anti-tippers if present.
